I have known Clayton Corbin on a professional basis for approx 7 years.

The most recent project that Clayton has performed was a single storey extension at 8 Moorea Crt Mt Waverley valued at $110,000. Clayton was the Project Manager / Carpenter.
The project was completed on schedule in Mar 2010 fully meeting my expectations & to the customers satisfaction.

Prior to the above project Clayton was also the contracted Builder on another project that I designed being a complex double storey extension & renovation with a number of state of the art features. (31 Cromwell St, Caulfield North) completed Dec 2007 valued at $450,000. On both occasions I worked with Clayton to deliver both clients a quality and well constructed dwelling as per their requirements.

I found Clayton to be an approachable and confident practitioner, and to be knowledgeable in all facets of the Building & Construction industry.
Clayton demonstrated sound leadership & co-ordinating ability, his attention to detail and accuracy and his pride in his workmanship helped deliver pleasing results in both projects.

We recently have had dealings with Clayton on a professional basis as teh deisgners of a new residence that he was the contracted project manager/carpendet/builder.

New double storey residence at 6 Craddock Ave., Caulfield North. Contract value $700,000, over a 13 month period, completed November 2010.

We found him extremely pleasant to deal with, and observed his methodical manner in which he performed all his required tasks. We note that he was able to follow all architectural and structural plans. He carried out all building works with great detail and precision.

We would not hesitate to recommend him for future projects.
